 Another update from Navigation.  The surgeon is still working.  Adam remains stable and vital signs are strong.  They continue to emphasize that they don't know how much longer this could be.  Last time we didn't get to see Adam until the end of the day.  

I'll add that like last time, I'm very impressed by the hospital staff.  They are well organized and were very reassuring and comforting during the intake.   It is clear that Adam is in good hands.
